As Bainbridge Island residents since 1975, my husband and I have loved living in and being part of this charming community only a 35 minute ferry ride from Seattle. We raised our children here in the excellent public schools, and though the island has grown over the last 25 years, we still enjoy the rural atmosphere it has retained.
