Paul Pival

Real Estate Consultant

A graduate of Seattle Prep, Seattle University and the University of Wisconsin, Paul retired after twenty years as a professor at the Universities of Montana and Pittsburgh. He entered the business world as a product manager for a trade-show registration firm. Later he was a course director and supervising instructor for an international company offering technical seminars in Internet technology.

Having developed a love of acting and singing (at SU he appeared in a number of plays at Teatro Inigo and sang with the SU Chorale and Double Quartet) he has during his time away performed regularly with the Chautauqua (NY) Chamber Singers, the Buffalo Philharmonic, and the Maryland Lyric Opera. Since his return, he has performed with Ovation! Musical Theater on Bainbridge and Bainbridge Chorale. Today he is a sponsor, board member and member of the Bainbridge Chorale and has volunteered as a fundraiser with the Bainbridge Performing Arts and the Bainbridge Public School Trust. Other strong interests include jazz piano, fishing, kayaking, and bicycling.

Paul’s return after thirty years is proof of his love of the Pacific Northwest. He is completely dedicated to helping his clients to find their place on the quiet side of the Sound. If they want, he’ll talk about literature. But he’ll be just as happy if they’d invite him along to fish from a kayak or just bike around. His goal as a full-time real estate consultant is to build strong, lifelong relationships, one person at a time.
